Delivery Information

If you are part of an EU country other than the UK please contact us for shipping prices as they will need to be calculated

Please allow 24 working hours for your order to be made up. All our cables are made to order.

Preferred Shipping methods:

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery - This is a guaranteed next-day service for mainland UK Please ensure you order before 9 am as we need to make up custom leads. You can contact us if in doubt as we monitor our messages closely throughout the day. We encourage all customers to use this service
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery - This is normally next day 1-2 days however it is not a guaranteed next-day service (Special Delivery is guaranteed see above option)
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery - 2-4 days however it is not a guaranteed next-day service (Special Delivery is guaranteed see above option)
  • We may use other non-Royal Mail services that will get your item to you within the same time period.

Courier Services
We use couriers when your order becomes heavy. All orders with couriers are tracked. Please allow 1 - 3 working days for delivery.

Royal Mail Delivery Services

Royal Mail International Signed for delivery - This is a tracked service. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery. We encourage all customers to use this service


Terms Delivery

  • In most cases, we will use Royal Mail for deliveries. We will use couriers for heavier items at our discretion. We may also upgrade your delivery to a tracked service without notification.
  • Please allow extra time if weather conditions are poor in your country's region.
  • Items will despatched on cleared funds.
  • Working days are from Monday to Friday. If you order on Friday the next working day will be Monday. Saturday and Sunday are not working days. Bank holidays and public holidays are not classed as working days.
  • Please order as early as possible. We normally work normal working hours at this time just like everyone else. We will put the extra hours in if we get large orders.
  • Please allow a reasonable amount of time before contacting us if your item does not arrive.

Custom Made Leads

  • We always endeavor to make all custom leads as soon as possible. Most leads are made and despatched in less than 24 hours but depend on the workload for the day. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for custom-made leads to be made. Note if you order on Friday it may not be made until Monday the next working day.
  • All leads are fully tested. We take great care when making leads and these are fully inspected before they are packed for delivery to you.
  • We encourage all customers to double-check their measurements for their leads, custom made leads can not be returned, however, we will accept them back for alterations and will do this at a reasonable cost. We can alter any of our leads to any length you may require. We can make any lead to the exact length if required.
